Bachelor's Degree
Undergraduate — Bachelor's degree is the first (initial) stage of higher professional education, the graduate of which receives an academic bachelor's degree and a certain industry qualification in the specialty.
Duration: 4 years , regardless of the form of study – full-time or distance learning.
Purpose: provides foundational knowledge and skills in a specific field.
Outcome: Graduates receive a bachelor's degree (a document on higher professional education of the state standard) and a qualification in their specialty, and will also be prepared for entry-level jobs (positions) , such as engineers, technologists, economists , or further education in a master's degree program .
Previous education: General secondary education, primary vocational education or secondary vocational education
Procedure for admission to the bachelor's degree:
Graduates of educational institutions of general secondary education, primary or secondary vocational education of the Republic of Tajikistan are admitted to the institute through the National Testing Center under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Graduates of general secondary education institutions, primary or secondary vocational education institutions of other countries submit documents directly to the institute during the admission period and are accepted based on the results of an examination and competition.
College (technical school) graduates with secondary vocational education for continuing education (from the 2nd year) submit documents directly to the institute during the admission period and are accepted based on the results of certification and competition.
Forms of study at the bachelor's level:
Full-time – 4 years;
Distance learning – 4 years;
Second professional higher education in distance learning – 3 years.
