Student Practice
Practice is an
important part of studying at the Polytechnic Institute of the Tajik Technical
University named after academician M. Osimi in Khujand. It helps students
strengthen their knowledge, gain professional skills, and get ready for future
work.
Students take different types
of practice — academic, industrial, and pre-diploma — at companies,
organizations, and research centers related to their field. During practice,
they learn about modern technologies, join real production processes, do
research tasks, and gain teamwork experience.
The Institute works closely
with leading companies in the region, giving students the chance to practice in
conditions similar to their future jobs. This helps them develop practical
skills, build connections with employers, and become more competitive in the
job market.
To provide practice opportunities for all
students, the Institute has signed cooperation agreements with 114 state and private enterprises and
organizations. In 2025, agreements were signed with 63
companies and organizations for more than three years.
