Since 2016, the scientific and technical journal “Bulletin of DPDTU named after academician M.S.Osimi” has been published at the Institute. The main purpose of the journal is to promote the scientific achievements of the Institute’s scholars and those of the Republic, as well as to acquire new knowledge for the socio-economic development of the Republic of Tajikistan. The journal publishes scientific articles in the fields of economics, energy, and informatics, including the specialties 051300 — Informatics, Computer Engineering and Control, 051400 — Energy, 080000 — Economic Sciences.

The journal is published under the International Standard Serial Number ISSN 2519-4062. It operates on the basis of the Charter approved on September 23, 2015, and Certificate No. 327/MJ-97 dated February 15, 2024.

Issues of the journal are available on the website www.elibrary.ru. It should be noted that in 2020 the Institute signed an agreement with LLC “Scientific Electronic Library” of the Russian Federation to include the journal in the unified database of this library.

Articles comply with the requirements for peer-reviewed scientific publications established by the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC) and include the following elements: UDC and BBK indexes, author’s full name, article title, abstract, keywords, and list of references. Each published article must be reviewed by a Doctor of Science or Candidate of Science.

The journal is published four times a year. Each issue contains 10–14 scientific articles in Tajik, Russian, and English.
