The Scientific and Technical Council of the Institute is a collegial advisory body that ensures the development of the Institute’s scientific, innovative, and technical activities.

Main functions and tasks of the Council:

1. formulation and implementation of the Institute’s scientific and technical policy;
2. identification of priority areas for scientific research and innovation;
3. coordination of research, experimental, and design activities;
4. expert evaluation of scientific projects, programs, and innovative developments;
5. promotion of the integration of research results into the educational process and industry;
6. support for the scientific activities of faculty members, young researchers, and students;
7. development of cooperation with scientific, educational, and industrial organizations, including international partners.
