Required documents:

1.     An application form addressed to the Director of the Institute.

2.     A passport of a citizen of the Republic of Tajikistan or another identity document.

3.     The original certificate of secondary general education or a diploma from a secondary specialized educational institution.

4.     6 photographs sized 3 × 4 cm.

5.     A medical certificate of the установленный form (Form 086-U).

6.     A military ID or registration certificate (for male applicants).

A receipt confirming payment of the registration fee (if applicable).
